The vitamin C helps to deal with existing skin pigmentation and prevents the appearance of new age spots, strengthens the skin’s immunity, and accelerates the healing of various inflammations. In addition, vitamin C accelerates the synthesis of collagen, thereby increasing the elasticity and firmness of the skin. The effect of vitamin C is enhanced by other, no less useful vitamins:
- Vitamin A has a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, accelerates collagen production, stimulates cell activity and regeneration, and helps lighten pigmentation.
- Vitamin E has strong antioxidant properties, it protects skin cells from the destruction of free radicals, reduces the aggressive effects of ultraviolet radiation, normalizes blood circulation and the supply of nutrients and oxygen to skin cells.
- Niacinamide whitens pigmentation, prevents the appearance of new ones, strengthens capillary walls and reduces the skin’s sensitivity to external negative influences.
